Matrix ZR is a refractory investment developed especially for low expanding porcelains that are used on zircon cores. Although mainly used when working on combination cases, we believe that this is the best refractory for making all porcelain restorations. Because of its low coefficient of thermal expansion, Matrix Zr makes an extremely stable and crack resistant model when compared to other refractory materials. Cervest High-Expansion is our newest refractory investment that is used for fabricating all-porcelain restorations such as veneers and crowns. It is very similar to V-Tec High-Expansion in hardness and setting expansion, except that it is a fine grain material. Cervest High-Expansion is compatible with porcelains such as Ceramco, Syn-Spar, Creation, Noritake, and many others with a similar coefficient of thermal expansion. Packaged in a1 Kg bottle with 8 ounces of mixing liquid. Made in the USA.
