Net 30 days from date of invoice. 11/2 % charge per month (18% annual percentage rate) will be added to outstanding balances. First time orders are C.O.D. until an account is set up.

Back Orders
Back orders will be canceled if so specified on the order.
Returns
Consumable merchandise may be returned for credit for up to 6 months from the date of invoice subject to the conditions below.
Dated consumable dentist products may be returned for credit within a 2 month period from the date of invoice, subject to the conditions below:
* Merchandise must be in a salable condition.
* Prior authorization must be obtained.
* A 20% handling charge will be assessed on merchandise returned after 30 days from date of invoice.
* Returns should be accompanied by a copy of the invoice to assure proper credit.
* Individual labeling on the product must be intact showing the date the product was packaged. ie: mini-kits
